Information we collect

CaterWoo may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, restaurant name, phone number, and address. Catering orders may include customer and receiver contact details, event dates and times, pickup or delivery addresses, food items, prices, payment method or status, and notes entered by the restaurant.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate restaurant owners, save and synchronize restaurant workspaces, manage catering orders, provide support, maintain security, and improve CaterWoo.

Service providers

The CaterWoo iPhone app uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud data storage, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple when available. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. CaterWoo does not sell personal information or use customer order information for third-party advertising.

Payments

The current CaterWoo app records payment methods and order status for restaurant operations. It does not process or store payment card numbers.

Optional website analytics

Website analytics are disabled unless you choose Allow analytics. After consent, Google Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies and a pseudonymous browser identifier to measure public-page visits, email-link clicks, pilot-page links and resource downloads, together with device, browser and approximate location information. Analytics cookies expire after 60 days without renewing their expiry on each visit. We do not send order details, contact email addresses, or URL query parameters in these events. Referrers from private app pages are omitted; external referrers include only the website origin, not their path or query. Advertising signals and ad-personalisation features are disabled. You can decline analytics or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the website footer. A saved change also updates other open CaterWoo tabs in the same browser. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Retention and deletion

We retain account, restaurant, and order information while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Restaurant owners can permanently delete their CaterWoo account and associated restaurant data from Settings in the app.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. CaterWoo is intended for restaurant owners and business users and is not directed to children under 13.
